We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the SaveSight Pillow® ($289 retail price), minus a mandatory $89 disposal fee for each returned pillow. 2. Regulatory Compliance

The SaveSight Pillow® is classified as a medical device and is subject to strict federal regulations:

• FDA Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) Section 201(ll)(1): Defines single-use devices as those "intended for one use, or on a single consumer”

• CDC Infection Control Guidelines: Prohibit the reuse or reprocessing of single-use medical devices due to contamination and infection risks
